We currently ship within the United States only.

 


 

2. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

• All items are made by us, and processing time reflects production and preparation before shipment.

• Processing time does not include shipping time.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start getting processed the next business day.

 


 

3. Shipping Time

• Estimated delivery time: 3-6 business days after processing.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

 


 

4. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

 


 

5. Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 


 

6. Incorrect Addresses

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• JACKMIGO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Re-shipping fees may apply.

 


 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

• JACKMIGO is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

• If you believe your package is lost, contact the carrier directly.

• We’ll assist where possible, but replacement or refunds are not guaranteed.

 


 

8. Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items ship according to the timeline provided at checkout.

• If your order includes pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together unless stated otherwise.
