At JACKMIGO, we stand behind what we make. If something’s not right, here’s how returns work.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:
• Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Original tags are still attached
• Items are in original condition
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
• Sale items
3. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. JACKMIGO is not responsible for lost return packages.
4. How to Start a Return

Please include:
• Order number
• Item(s) you want to return
• Reason for return
5. Refunds
• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
7. Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are subject to the return terms stated at the time of purchase.
